It’s available in audio format from Ancient Faith Radio.

If you would like both the Greek text and the English translation and prefer a physical book, Baker Book House has an edition of the Apostolic Fathers edited by Michael W. Holmes which I own and like very much. The Greek and English are on facing pages, the font is a good size, and the binding is of good quality. Additionally, the book contains brief background notes and some footnotes. You can get more information from Baker Publishing Group.
